They are grown from tiny seeds, often considered moderately challenging but rewarding. They are quick-growing, non-GMO seeds. Appearance & Flavor: • Color: Striking red/pink stems and maroon-green to violet leaves. • Flavor: Mild, earthy, slightly nutty, with hints of beetroot or a subtle tanginess.
