These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Kree Greens website, products, and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and purchasing products from Kree Greens, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and vendors.

2. Nature of the Product

Perishability: Microgreens are live, highly perishable agricultural products.
Variability: As with any natural product, variations in color, size, and flavor are normal and expected. Photos on our website are representative actual harvests may vary.
Washing: We recommend that all microgreens be rinsed with cold water immediately before consumption, regardless of whether they were grown hydroponically or in soil.

3. Orders and Lead Times

Grow-to-Order: Because microgreens take 7–21 days to grow depending on the variety, some orders may be subject to a "Grow-to-Order" lead time. We will communicate the estimated harvest date upon order confirmation.
Cancellations: Orders for custom grows cannot be cancelled once the seeds have been sown (usually 48 hours after the order is placed).

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Windows: We deliver on Tuesday & Saturday. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a cool, shaded area is available for drop-off.
Risk of Loss: Kree Greens is not responsible for products that wilt, spoil, or are stolen if left unattended at the delivery location for more than 3 hours.
Local Only: We currently only deliver to local. Orders placed outside the city limits will be confirmed after proper discussion on distance with customer.

5. Zero-Waste & Sustainability

Focuses on implementing systems where packaging material is treated as a resource to be reused, refilled, or fully recycled/composted, eliminating waste from the supply chain.

6. Returns and Refunds

Food Safety: Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns.
Quality Claims: If you receive a product that is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery, you must notify us via email at kreegreens@gmail.com within 12 hours of receipt with a photo of the product. Valid claims will be issued a replacement or store credit.

7. Subscription Services

Recurring Payments: By signing up for a subscription, you authorize Kree Greens to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Pausing/Canceled: You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal. Changes must be made [e.g., 2 days] before your next scheduled harvest to take effect.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kree Greens shall not be liable for any health issues, allergic reactions, or illnesses resulting from the consumption of our products, nor for any damage caused by improper storage or handling by the customer after delivery.
