They are highly productive and prized for their high germination rates (often exceeding 98%) and rapid growth, making them a staple for both beginners and professional microgreen growers. They are quick-growing, non-GMO seeds. Appearance & Flavor: • Appearance: Rounded, small seeds that range from dark brown to black. • Flavor: Described as mild, crisp, and slightly peppery or earthy, similar to mature broccoli but with a sweeter, less bitter aftertaste.
